For this project I decided to use the patterns from the censored page as a guidance for a drum track which I used in the background. Assumed that each ink blob was a beat, and the length of the ink blob determined the length of the beat. I then proceeded to find a couple of major chords which sounded slightly "guitar hero", and added a bit of effects and a synth soundscape to help out.
